Description
PRELIMINARY LISTING- MORE PHOTOS AND DETAILS COMING SOON!
Welcome and thank you for your interest in the “Lucky”, 1983 Rybovich 55 Convertible. It is a true pleasure to represent such a finely crafted, rare and unique vessel for sale.
She was completed in 1983 as hull #84 of the pedigreed Rybovich series of yachts. Constructed by some of the best wood craftsman in the business primarily out of cold molded Mahogany, she featured an exquisite level of detail throughout.
She has changed hands a few times throughout the years and has been very well cared for throughout her life, but what is most noteworthy is the refit that she underwent at the behest of her most recent owner.
In 2013 and 2014 “Lucky” was treated to a massively extensive refit at none other than the Michael Rybovich and Sons Boatyard in Palm Beach, FLA. This yard specializes in the refit and repair of classic Rybovich Yachts as well as new construction vessels under the Rybovich name.
Some of the highlights from this refit period include a total re-power, exterior painting, new tower, new electronics suite, custom woodwork and a plethora of ship’s systems upgrades and updates. After this work was completed a marine surveyor noted in his report that the vessel was upgraded to “better than new” condition.
OVER $1,200,000 WAS SPENT ON THE REFIT! ALL RECORDS AVAILABLE TO SERIOUS PROSPECTS!
Due to a change in plans “Lucky” is now offered for sale in Palm Beach, FLA and is ready for your inspection. Her current condition is still excellent, but she needs a new owner to show her the love and care that a true showpiece of this caliber deserves.
She has just come out of the Michael Rybovich and Sons Boatyard again in February 2019, receiving a fresh bottom job and a few maintenance items.
