DIVIDEND accommodates 8 guests in 4 double staterooms each with en suite head and shower. Separate crew quarters have over/under twin berths and a head with shower.
DIVIDEND is a semi-raised pilothouse motoryacht with a partially covered walk around promenade deck. The yacht can be boarded via gates to port and starboard amidship or via the wide swim platform when docking stern to.
A dual stairway aft leads from the swim platform to the aft deck. Access to the lazarette and engine room is through the water tight transom door. The swim platform, Euro Transom stairway and the aft deck are teak. There is a complete array of navigation instruments, 2 Stidd helm chairs, ample chart space and an L-settee and table.
A stairway to starboard leads below to the guest staterooms. Forward of the landing foyer is the VIP cabin with Queen berth, Entertainment center and an en suite head w/shower. Aft from the foyer are 2 double staterooms. There is a queen berth with storage beneath to starboard and twin berths with under berth storage to port. All three guest rooms have cedar hanging lockers, drawer storage, TV and an en suite head w/shower.
